Allison - Owner + Founder
Meet Allison, the passionate founder of PEC Property Sisters Inc. Inspired by a love for painting and a vision to fill a service gap, Allison’s diverse background includes dispatching, jewelry sales, horseback riding lessons, interior decorating, and real estate office management. She thrives in projects where she can be with her team, especially witnessing their creativity. Her favourite part of working at Property Sisters? The fantastic team – a group with personalities she truly enjoys. Allison is married and a proud pet parent to The Summit. With countless proud moments, from clean Airbnbs to building cottages and painting beautiful homes, Allison cherishes the love and laughter that fills each project!
Tracey - Executive Assistant
Meet Tracey, an integral team member since 2021, drawn by Allison’s inspiring vision. With diverse experience in retail and office management, Tracey’s enthusiasm shines in every project, particularly on construction sites. Motivated by the fantastic team, Tracey prioritizes quality work, going above and beyond to meet the company’s high standards. The dynamic nature of the team and the unpredictability of each day are Tracey’s favourite aspects of working at Property Sisters. Tracey’s proudest moments include witnessing 5-star reviews and contributing to the team’s many accomplishments!
Jon - Renovation Manager
Meet Jon, a key team member of Property Sisters! Fuelled by a passion for his craft, Jon’s diverse background spans 17 years at a mushroom farm and roles with Loyalist Contracting and SJR Homes. His favourite projects involve painting, building, and landscaping, showcasing the breadth of his versatile skill set. Motivated by both his dynamic colleagues and the satisfaction of witnessing project completion. In a committed relationship with 2 sons and a dog, Continuous learning on the job remains Jon’s source of pride!
Kensie - Operations Manager
Meet Kensie, a dedicated team member since 2019, drawn to the job for its daily challenges and the opportunity to tackle something new every day, whether it’s cleaning Airbnb’s or delving into construction tasks. Enjoying every aspect of her role, Kensie’s motivation lies in creating positive experiences for clients and collaborating on innovative ideas with Allison and the team. The constant anticipation of something new around the corner is Kensie’s favourite part of working at Property Sisters. She finds pride in successfully navigating uncharted territory!
Ivy
Meet Ivy! Ivy is originally from the Napanee area, and has worked at Walmart for the past several years while going to school to be a vet assistant. Now she is in school to be a nail technician, and she applied to work for Property Sisters because she was referred by her best friend and she volunteers to clean! In her spare time, Ivy enjoys crocheting, going on walks, and swimming. But her newest hobby will be training the newest member of the family, a hound puppy named Clyde.
Ashley
Meet Ashley! She moved to Belleville last year after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Hamilton, ON. She has done a variety of jobs, from working at Home Hardware to being a licensed security guard! She decided to join Property Sisters because she loved the work environment and because she enjoys painting and cleaning. She is the oldest of five kids, and she and her husband have a cat named Stella. Her hobbies include crocheting and watching movies!
Jon
Meet Jon! He was born and raised in Napanee. He chose Property Sisters for the family like environment and variety of work. He likes to cook and bake, and he makes his own hard cider! He enjoys working with his hands, and he may or may not have a slight Amazon addiction. He has 2 cats, but he has 5 animals in the house, including a stray that he feeds.
Kyle
Meet Kyle! He has moved around quite a bit, but has been in the Quinte area for around 20 years. He has many years of work experience in landscaping, window and door installation, masonry and is a great addition to our Team! His hobbies include camping, fishing, playing video games, baseball and furniture restoration. He most enjoys the time he spends with his son Carson!
